If you have any questions or need help with the CSF system, the best and most responsive way to contact us is via email at [email protected]. This email address is regularly monitored and we will respond as soon as we can.

Please note that you have five attempts at logging in and then you are locked out of the system for an hour. If you can't remember your password, please select the "forgot password" link before your fifth attempt and you will be sent an email to reset it to at least nine characters, including at least one capital letter, one number and one special character, (!@#$%&). If you haven't received the email within the hour, please check your spam and junk folders and if the email isn't there, please contact your own IT support to allow our system emails to be received at your end.

(We cannot see your password, so if we reset it for you, you will have to go through the "forgot password" link to reset it yourself to your own secure password after that.)

 All applications with a status of APPROVED and correct documentation attached as at 5pm, the 25th of June, will be paid by the 30th of June

On the 1st of July, all other applications on your dashboards (apart from those with a status of PAID) will be set to REJECTED, so please complete all applications prior to the 25th of June.
