SYSTEM ISSUE - 16/04/2024

Please note that the hosting site for the CSF system is having major issues across all its sites across Australia. This is causing the CSF system to run slowly and intermittently crash and some applications are unable to be submitted and saved. When this issue is resolved we will remove this message. If you are able to hold off on any applications for the time being it is likely to be much less frustrating for you.         


If you have any questions or need help with the CSF system, the best and most responsive way to contact us is via email at [email protected]. This email address is regularly monitored and we will respond as soon as we can.

Please note that you have five attempts at logging in and then you are locked out of the system for an hour. If you can't remember your password, please select the "forgot password" link and you will be sent an email to reset it. If you haven't received the email within the hour, please check your spam and junk folders.

(We cannot see your password, so if we reset it for you, you will have to go through the "forgot password" link to reset it yourself to your own secure password after that.)
